How Does Ultimate CMS Detector for Search Work?

When you load a Google search results page, the extension's content script intelligently analyzes the links.

For each relevant link, it sends a request to its background service worker. The service worker then (with your permission, as defined by the extension's host permissions) fetches a small part of the website's HTML content.

This content is analyzed against a database of known signatures and patterns unique to various CMS platforms.

Based on this analysis, it determines the likely CMS and its confidence level, which is then displayed back on your search results page.
